The Best Self-Empting Robot Vacuum For Pet Hair

The amount of hair your pets shed and the floor types you have to deal with will determine which robot vacuum is right for you. Some models also have advanced features, such as self-emptying and obstacle detection.

When you are choosing a model ensure that it has a big dust bin and a quiet mode. Smart features for mapping and apps like scheduling, zoning, and no-go areas are also useful.

1. iRobot Roomba 900

The iRobot Roomba 900 model is an excellent mid-priced model. It has some of the most modern smart features. For instance, you can see the location of the digital map on which Roomba was during each cleaning session. It also comes with Spot Mode, which lets you target the robot to an area in your home.

The 900 series also comes with iAdapt 2.0 Navigation that ensures an uninterrupted, efficient route through your home. The sensors for obstacles let it avoid furniture and charging cables. It also comes with two virtual wall barriers, which you can use to block straight paths or a radial space (like a pet food station).

2. IRobot Roomba 980
